Therapeutic and Expressive Arts Workshops

These workshops are an expressive arts class guided by Kymberlee Stanley, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist/social worker. Kymberlee uses Internal Family Systems as a “parts therapy” model for inspiration for her guided discussion of this expressive arts process. Each participant is guided through three therapeutic art directives and will leave with three individual art process pieces. No art experience necessary.
